There are three ways to apply for a Northport Promise Scholarship. They include:

• Application in Word

• Application in PDF

• Online Application

Click on the type of application you’d like to use and be sure to send it in by May 1 of each year. College transcripts are required forcollege sophmores, juniors and seniors and can be emailed to scholarships@northportpromise.com.
